
Ntochi Banana Bread
Ingredients:
½ cup margarine or shortening
1-cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 egg
1-cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
5 ripe bananas mashed
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a loaf pan well. Mix the margarine with sugar.
Beat in the egg and add flour, salt, baking powder, milk and bananas. Pour into loaf pan and bake for about 1 hour. Cool and slice. |
