Lisa's Cornbread Dressing
Servings: Makes 6-8 Servings

Ingredients:
2 bags of Pepperidge farms cornbread mix
10 lb bag of leg quarters
3 lbs of shrimps
8 oz of Claw Crabmeat
1 package of Jimmy Dean Sage Special Seasoning Sausage
4 eggs
1 Onion
1 bunch of Parsley
3 stalks of Celery
2 garlic cloves
Season Salt and pepper to taste
Olive Oil

Boil Chicken, in water, 1 tbsp of season salt and pepper, and1 tablespoon of olive oil. Remove chicken from bones and chop chicken into small pieces. Save water from boiled chicken for stock.

In a separate pan sauté shrimp until cooked, but not overcooked (use a little olive oil to sauté). Sauté the Jimmy dean sausage in a frying pan. Chop the onion, parsley, celery and garlic and sauté in frying pan. Use a little olive oil to sauté. Boil 2 eggs, peel and chop.

In a large bowl pour Pepperidge farms cornbread mix, add chicken pieces, sautéed shrimp, sautéed jimmy dean sausage, and sautéed vegetables, chopped eggs mix these ingredients while adding chicken stock, add 5 to 6 cups of chicken stock juice, add uncooked crab claw meat and mix in, then mix in 2 raw eggs add 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt and pepper.  After mixing all the ingredients in a large bowl, then put in a baking pan and bake on 300 for 30 to 45 minutes
