Tropical Fruit Punch

Servings:  Makes 6 Servings

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of honey
3 cup of orange juice
3 cup of pineapple juice
3 cup of grapefruit juice
1/4 cup of lime or lemon juice
1/2 1 cup of rum or white wine (optional)
1 cup of finely chopped pineapple
4 tins of ginger ale or soda water
1 cup of small melon pieces or balls
1 lime or orange seeded and thinly sliced

Preparation:
First combine together the orange, pineapple, grapefruit, and lime juice. Sweeten to taste with honey and chill for a few hours.

Just before serving, stir in ginger ale, rum, pineapple pieces and the melon balls. Garnish with, lime or orange slices. Serve along with crushed ice.
