Frozen Fruit Smoothie Non-Alcoholic

Ingredients:

1/2 cup orange juice (or other juice)
1 large banana
1/2 can peaches, drained
1 cup whole frozen strawberries
1/2-cup pineapple, drained

Preparation:
Whirl in blender until smooth. Makes two big servings.
You can add your own variations, such as fresh peaches, papaya, or coconut milk for a tropical taste. The essential elements are a banana, the whole frozen strawberries, and some juice.
