Gelatin Ice Cream
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup boiling water
2 - 3oz pkgs strawberry gelatin (You can get the 6 oz pkg)
2 cup cold water
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
Preparation:
Stir gelatin with boiling water in large bowl for two minutes until dissolved. Stir in cold water. Add ice cream and stir until smooth. Pour into serving bowls (or one big bowl, plastic cups would be great). Chill for 3 hours.
