Mama Ruby’s Mac and Cheese
Handed down to the Eldest Daughter
A Family Favorite

Ingredients:
Three 1 lb box of Elbow Marconi
2 (16oz) Sharp Cheese
1 (16 oz) Mild Cheese
1 (16 oz) Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup of Fresh Parmesan cheese
3 stick of butter
3 (12oz) can milk
6 eggs
1-cup breadcrumbs
Table spoon olive oils
Salt to task
Tbsp pepper (optional)

Preparation:
Bring water olive oil and tbsp of salt to a boil. Cook until done and drain.
Stir macaroni into boiling water – olive oil will keep from sticking.

In large bowl beat eggs until fluffy. Add 2 sticks of melted butter, milk, and cheese. In a large pan add 1 stick of melted butter. Add 1/2 of the cooked macaroni and ½ mixers and other ingredients and repeat until complete

Option -Top Mac and Cheese mixture with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
