Denise's Pineapple Oey Gooey Cake
Servings: Makes 6-8 Servings
Ingredients:
1 egg (beaten separately)
1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2-cup pecans, chopped
Mix all ingredients above together until its cookie dough consistency, then put into a butter coated pan 13x9x2.
TOPPING Ingredients:
1 box confectioner’s sugar, sifted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
Mix ingredients together well, making sure that all lumps are removed.
Pour over cake batter mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. |
